I figured I'd post this for anyone new who's joining the guild, like me, and going through the exploration achievements.
You can pretty much access any region in Cataclysm in Kalimdor easily except for Teldrassil, Bloodmyst Isle and Azuremyst Isle. Prior to Cataclysm, most people will tell you to get to Teldrassil by hijacking an Alliance boat in Auberdine. Alas Deathwing has torched Auberdine and it is no more, Alliance characters now get a flight path. However, you can fly on your mount between Auberdine and Teldrassil. I did this on my 2nd level flying mount and encountered about 20 seconds of fatigue. Since the speed of this mount is not quite double the first flying mount, it would make sense that you could reach Teldrassil with about 40 seconds of fatigue though I haven't tried it.
Once you get to Teldrassil, most likely right at Rutheran village, it looks like a solid wall in front of you. Don't despair. If you fly high enough you can get over the remains of the tree and fly over Darnassus without much drama to open the area on the map and complete that achievement.
For Azuremyst and Bloodmyst, you need to board a boat from Rutheran village at the edge of Teldrassil. There are 3 docks. In a clockwise direction from the piece of the dock attached to land:
1st boat is always there unmanned.
2nd boat will take you to Stormwind, which is actually pretty cool to look around. I caught this boat by mistake and just turned it into a little side trip. Remember that no one will announce the arrivals of the boats or their destinations because Horde and Alliance don't have the same language.
3rd boat will take you to Azuremyst Isle.
I believe both captains on the boats were level 70 so they didn't aggro me at 82 but you might want to choose your landing points on the boats a bit more carefully if you are lower.
Once you get to the Isles it's pretty straightforward except for one or two things.
On the Isles you cannot fly... for some reason. I checked the back of my flightmaster's license but it had no explanation. This makes unlocking the starting area for Draenai on the map, called Ammen Vale, a bit tricky. The entrance is guarded by 10-ish level 90 elite guards. I swam around the entire peninsula and found no back door. This made it necessary to unequip everything and make a ghost run through, advancing just slightly further through the pass each time before I was instantly killed. It took me 3 runs to get through but I think you could do it in 2.
The next thing is on Bloodmyst Isle, several of the zones are well off land and not obvious on the map such as The Hidden Reef. To save yourself the hassle of having to run the island twice, picking up the easy to spot areas and then the smaller hidden ones, it would be a good idea to roughly know where they are. There is a decent amount of swimming to offshore islands, so druids will be happy.
