The values to plug into lootrank for a rogue with 5/5 sinister calling and blessing of kings:
Agility 6325 (1 agility = 0.06325 dodge)
Dodge 5284 ( 1 dodge rating = 0.05284 dodge)
Parry 4227 (1 parry rating = 0.04227 parry)
Defense 5084 (1 defense rating = 0.05084 total avoidance)
I don't see any point in gearing a rogue to survive the hits, and I'm not even sure it'll be possible. The rogue tanking gimmick only really works one way: take no hits at all. Get up to 102.4% avoidance.
A boss's swing uses a single roll. A normal table may look something like |Crit|Hit|Crush|Miss|Dodge|Parry|, with defense and resilience stats cutting into the Crit chance, and iirc (im not a warrior/paladin) shield block cuts into crush.
My table looks more like: |Miss|Dodge|Parry| there is no space for any type of hit to land on me.
