I know I'm a bit early but i've got the bumph....
Event starts at 4am server time which I think it's 1am SG/HK on 21st June SUNDAY morning (i.e. very late saturday night), it's a 2 week event so you're looking at ~ 30 tokens a day average, you get 5 per honour and 10 per desecration
Check on your armory page to see where you've danced last year as you get credit for them, however you'll probably be doing a bit of dancing to get the tokens for the full midsummer set (400!)

Torch Juggler - Spam the torch on your action bar in Dalaran... 40 torches in 15s... you need a good ping and FPS, do it somewhere quiet
