Sym Romps Around PTR

Some of this crap is fucking ridiculous.

You'll note that my bindings aren't done on anybody other than warrior, not willing to invest the time just yet to properly work out rotations. Just playing around because hell are these new talents fun.

Highlights:

Victory Rush heals for a crapload



Prot is invincible if spec'd into Blood Craze + Field Dressing for low level content... dont get me started on heroics, the mobs from 78 and above seem to be doing 20% more damage at least (Comparison: Mob in Heroic Up does 2-4k damage on Live, 8-9k on PTR).

I gained roughly 3k health in my prot gear on PTR, purely due to the tanking tree talent.

Vengeance is both awesome and fail. Sucks if you don't have it up immediately, awesome when it gets rolling.

Single Minded-Fury is pretty fucking awesome, may actually need to spend gold in a GDKP on some higher ilevel one-handers.

All ArP turned to Crit, as Shift said. As a warrior, I gained roughly 10-15% more crit rating as a result just from gems.

In my fury gear I seem to have lost around 500 AP on PTR.

Flying mounts now enabled in old world but they can't fly:

Rogue Impressions:

Recuperate heals every 3 seconds and has a long enough length that spending five points for it an keeping the buff always up seems worthwhile and plausible, at least while grinding or on trash.



As you can see, with around 27k HP Im healing for 1.3k every three seconds, spec'd into improved recuperate in first tier combat.

What I additionally found is that spec'd subt, its almost impossible to run out of energy. The sheer amount of juggling you'll do keeping rupture, slice and dice, rucuperate, and managing Shadow Dance cooldown with ambushes already makes this look like a fun spec to play, if not a good dps spec.

Warlocks

Felguard bladestorm deals 2k damage per tick, every second.
Felguard MS crits for just shy of 3k in my gear
Yes you can metamorphisis + felguard + doomguard all at once



Speaking of Meta, Immo aura seems to have been increased in range.

Soulburn is implemented and being able to gain sprint after using it is the bee's knees.

Destruction instant soulfires are OP, critting for 12k instant damage with a 2k dot that seems to get refreshed by your imp's crits.
Bane of Havoc gives you a way of maintaining a single target DPS rotation while doing AOE damage = sickness.
