The whole World of Warcraft is complaining about gold farmers exploiting the game but "no one" is doing anything serious against it, except for the Chinese government - Two gold farmers have been arrested.
The two guys, Li and Zhang, have been arrested for trading items and gold. They got an operation of 20 employees farming gold on 20 computers. In about seven months they made a turnover of about 1.4 Mio RMB which is equivalent to 200.000$.
Funny thing about it is that Li reported Zhang for unfair revenue distribution but both have been arrested. Some people may call this justice, others call it stupidity. | |
