Although i honestly dunno how much effort is needed for that pet, but since Naushan says 2nd person he has seen, means tons of effort.

I wouldnt know because i don't really keep pets ^^

This is a very very rare pet. You need to fish Mr Pinchy from Skettis area from Highland mixpools.... I've been doing that for a while until I gave up. Sad

didn't fished much but due to BT requirements. i tend to fish highland mix school when i do weeding, skyguard quest or the food quest.
