PTR Patch notes for 3.1

I've already noticed 2 discrepancies between the patch notes and the info provided by MMO Champion, through their Talent Calculators and their updates.

1) Patch Notes: Reflective Shield has been removed. But MMO Champion's Talent Calculator still has that Talent.

2) Patch Notes: Hymn of Hope has been removed. But MMO Champion's list of new Glyphs includes a Glyph of Hymn of Hope.

Anyway, these changes have not addressed the Disc problem of poor throughput. Divine Aegis is now stackable, up to 10K hp worth of absorption. Power Word: Shield can be cast every GCD on the raid. These are the only bright spots.

Mana regen through Rapture is utterly gutted, so the spec has no throughput and poor regen. Yay.

Grace can only be on one target, so if a heal spell is cast on a raid member before the tank, the latter won't get it till it falls off from the former. Yay.

Hunters looks the nicest imo, followed by Priests and Shammies (similar to t5)

DKs are pretty decent looking.

Mages look decent too, but a bit xmas-tree like.

Druids strange looking, like wat Gallow said, very cult-like.

Rogue t8 animation and set looks extremely intimidating.

Locks look too scare-crow like for my comfort.

Imz is right about the Iron man look of t8 pallies.

Like Pallies, Warriors set looks extremely hardy too.

All in all, not too shabby overall.

An interesting un-mentioned change...

- [Titanium Plating] now reduces the duration of disarm effects by 50% as well as increasing your block value.

Prot PVP k-go! Means a warrior can actually use a useful enchant like Zerking or Accuracy for arena pvp. Now all they need to do is change it so warriors can gain rage hitting through bubbles and we can faceroll to 2k+ ratings!

Hmmm seems like the Raid achievement drakes will be wiped out in 3.1

This is sexy! The only problem Prot pvp had was rage generation on healers, since almost all of them have shields. THE RISE OF THE PROT WARRIOR CONTINUES.

Emblems of Conquest Items released (http://static.mmo-champion.com/mmoc/images/news/2009/march/emblemofconquestprice.jpg) , confirming the following scaling of item levels in instances

10-man OS + Naxx + Maly (Heroism) < 25-man OS + Naxx + Maly (Valour) = 10-man Ulduar (Most likely: Valour) < 25-man Ulduar (Conquest)

Item levels of Conquest items is 226, the same as the items off Kel'thuzad.

Following that scaling, items off the last boss of Ulduar will be iLevel 239!

Edit: Ironically, the leather DPS belt is still better than the plate DPS belt, even though they said they'd be "fixing" that.
