| Looks like we can also purchase Helm and Chest tokens - presumably for T8.5. Perhaps we will be able to purchase T8 with Emblems of Valor. If this goes live, it would be good news for those who've not been lucky with the T7.5 helm token drops from KT. | |

- Edit: Ironically, the leather DPS belt is still better than the plate DPS belt

| Leather Belt: 1.34% Crit, 124 AP, 1.49% hit, 6.95% expertise Plate Belt: 174 AP, 1.31% Crit, 1.49% hit.
Difference between 124AP and 174 AP = 50 AP. That's 3.21 Strength Gems. Difference between 0 Expertise and 6.95 Expertise = 3.56 Expertise Gems
What do you notice?
One of them has more overall stats. Strength doesn't scale with any fury warrior talents. So that leaves Blessings of Kings and the scaling isn't that great, you usually only end up with 2-4 extra AP than you would with an equivalent AP piece. If you're Arms or Prot, strength is a lot better. All it sacrifices is stamina. And I guess you like stamina because you like tanking mobs as TG right? :p
Depending on how the rest of the Ulduar gear is itemised, the leather belt is the safer choice because it provides more strength equivalence points than the plate belt. Only if you can ensure you'll stay over the expertise cap at all times does the plate belt outweigh the leather :p

well im absuing orc racial skill +5 expertise totally no problem in capping it, i understand about other race but too bad yea strenght scale with your auto swing, that makes u get more rage if u hit or crit isn't it? :p just for your info: i don't take any other weapon except axes, i don't take any other armor besides plate. dying is part of the game sorry if i say something wrong and correct me if im wrong ya~

| Oh I know what you mean, Str is great. It's our best stat once hit and exp. capped. But if the best weapons in the game aren't axes, like right now, you'll miss a lot of expertise (10 expertise right? From your MH + OH?). Anyway, I found this really awesome link on EJ. http://www.mmotactics.com/news/02-27-2009/ulduar-panoramasUlduar looks amazing. | |

- I'm not going to preview the changes here, but I will say that the next PTR build has some dps warrior changes.
1) These are not all the changes. We don't expect these changes to bring up Arms alone. 2) A couple of the changes have significant ramifications for Battle Stance. 3) A couple of other changes may seem cautious. They are. If they work then we will consider buffing them even more over time.
Sorry to be so cryptic. You'll hopefully get to see for yourself soon. Hold me Aeria, I'm afraid and excited! They might be giving us... A NEW ICON FOR BATTLE STANCE!

| .... New PTR notes, i'm in disbelief. http://www.mmo-champion.com/index.php?topic=42702.0Relevant things to me: Enchant Weapon - Blade Ward *New Enchant* - Permanently enchants a weapon to sometimes grant Blade Warding when striking an enemy. Blade Warding increases your parry rating by 200 and inflicts 600 to 800 damage on your next parry. Effect can stack up to 5 times and lasts 10 sec. This enchantment requires the wielder is at least level 75. Arms * Battle Stance now increase the armor penetration of all your attacks by 10%. * Shattering Throw *New Skill* - Throws your weapon at the enemy causing [ 50% of AP + 12 ] damage (based on attack power), reducing the armor on the target by 20% for 10 sec, and removing any invulnerabilities. 25 Rage, 30 yd range, 1.5 sec cast, 5 min cooldown Fury * Berserker Stance now increase all damage taken by 5% (Down from 10%) * Intimidating Shout cooldown has been lowered from 3 min to 2 min. Protection * Defensive Stance now reduces damage caused by 5%. (Down from 10%) * Disarm now disarm the enemy's main hand and ranged weapons. | |

| can someone explain this for me?
"Mage (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.) Fire
* Ignite: The damage done by this talent no longer receives modifications from effects that increase or decrease damage done by a percentage."
in some simple terms.. =x Blizzard's wording confuses me > <

| It doesn't gain from power infusion, arcane power and buffs like that. It will still gain damage from trinkets which increase spell damage by a flat number like 200 (example). They did that to deep wounds a few patches ago | |

| * Armor Penetration Rating: All classes now receive 25% more benefit from Armor Penetration Rating. * Haste Rating: Shamans, Paladins, Druids, and Death Knights now receive 30% more melee haste from Haste Rating. * Taunts: All player or pet-generated taunts now have a shared diminish category.
So now we know what they meant when they said theyre buffing those stats.
I almost spit out my coffee when I saw warriors weren't getting the same treatment with haste but I guess that's understandable. Imagine warriors swinging two-handers at the speed of 2.0 or lower without windfury ^_^
